Hey there! I’m Theresa – A&E nurse by day, blogger by night, and a proud wife and mom of three every single day. I’m also the co-founder of Lovers Toolbox, your go-to relationship workshop on the web.
Together with my brother (and fellow relationship enthusiast), we’ve created this space to help couples just like you build the kind of love that lasts.
We believe that love shouldn’t be left to chance. Just like a successful career needs tools, strategies, and growth, so does a healthy relationship or marriage. That’s where Lovers Toolbox comes in.
Why We Started
Over the years, both my brother and I have seen a common thread: far too many couples are out here trying to “figure it out” with no roadmap, no tools, and no support.
We’ve personally faced the ups and downs of love—navigating the complex, beautiful, messy world of relationships.
And through it all, we realized something powerful: no one teaches you how to love well. So, we decided to change that.
We launched Lovers Toolbox as a digital workshop—part blog, part resource hub, part heart-to-heart talk over coffee—designed to equip couples with the tools they need to thrive, not just survive.
